Returns policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Lavderma Limited through lavderma.com by trade account holders.

Returns within 14 days

You may return an item within 14 days of the date it was delivered, provided that:

  • the item is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging, with all seals, labels and protective packaging intact;
  • the item is undamaged and in the same condition in which it was delivered;
  • for devices, all parts, accessories, manuals and packaging are included.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or have broken seals cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item (see below).

How to start a return

Email info@lavderma.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please contact us before sending anything back: items returned without a confirmed return request may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send it. Please pack items carefully so they arrive back in the same condition.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@lavderma.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. The 14-day and unopened conditions above do not apply to items that are faulty or incorrect on arrival.

Refunds

When we receive your return, we will inspect it and confirm by email whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the refund.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we will contact you and arrange for it to be sent back to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, contact us and we will advise on the quickest option.

Your rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable law, including where goods are faulty or not as described.
